Join Us us in the Journey to Easter

Holy week begins with Palm Sunday, April 14th.  The service will begin with the procession of children carrying flowers and the congregation waving palm leaves.  It will continue with the reading of the Passion Narrative from the Gospel of Luke.

Join us Thursday, April 18th at 7:00 PM for our Maundy Thursday service.  This service commemorates Jesus sharing a last supper with his disciples before his arrest and crucifixion.

Youth Summer Camps- 2019 July

Camp makes a lasting impression!

Each year, youth campers and adult volunteers gather at NWRCC camps to engage their faith, relax in the safety of a judgement-free zone, and watch in wonder as everyone gives and receives the good news message of Christ.

2019 Camp Schedule

Peace is a prayer for some and a life’s work for others. It’s a blessing we share with others and a longing within each of our hearts. Scripture is filled with the stories of peace and justice and camp is the perfect place to share them. Peace isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth the effort, because we know that peace works!

   CROP Hunger Walk

Thank you so much to all our members that supported the CROP Hunger Walk. Our community raised over $800.00. Northwest Christian Church had at least twenty members support the CROP Hunger Walk in some way. Despite the rain; fourteen of our members were present Sunday afternoon to walk around Green Lake. Others were unable to make the walk but participated by donation. Our team also received support from some anonymous donors and friends and family of members. Thanks to everyone for your contributions to eradicating hunger. All money raised is used to help communities locally (25%) and around the world (75%).
